Ontario Update: Notifications of interest issued for Ontario’s EE HCP Stream

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) recently issued invitations to potential candidates under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream. This stream aims to attract skilled foreign workers who have received a job offer in certain occupational codes. If you received a notification of interest on May 9, 2023, you may be eligible to apply for this stream.

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  1. Country of Residence: Candidates must be currently residing in Canada.
  2. Expression of Interest (EOI) Score: Candidates must have a score of 43 or higher in the Expression of Interest system pool.
  3. Job Offer: Candidates must have a job offer in one of the specified National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes listed below.
