On April 20, 2023, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) Draw issued 503 invitations for permanent residency (PR) to qualified candidates in three separate categories. Additionally, a targeted draw was conducted for 24 occupations based on the National Occupational Classification (NOC).
The MPNP Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM) category invited 249 candidates who scored 615 or higher and possess experience in one of the 24 occupations listed below. These occupations were identified based on Statistics Canada’s recent report on occupations with high labor demands.
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program is a provincial immigration program that enables the Manitoba government to select potential immigrants who possess the necessary skills and qualifications required to fill in-demand jobs in the province.
