IRCC has issued a record-breaking 7,000 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residency (PR) via the new “no program specified” Express Entry Draw.

This is the largest Express Entry draw in program history.

Invitations were extended to Express Entry profiles with a CRS score of at least 490.

The following information pertains to the current Express Entry draw:

The no program specified Express Entry draws are open to all Express Entry profiles from the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Canadian Experience Class (CEC), and Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP).

In addition, profiles with a provincial nomination are eligible for the draw for which no program is specified.

On the basis of the CRS score distribution of Express Entry pool applicants as of March 15, 2023, the next draw is anticipated to have a minimum score requirement of approximately 485 for no-program draws and 670 for PNP-only draws. March 15, 2023.
