Ontario Invited Masters Graduates to Apply for its PNP
The Master’s Graduate Stream is now accepting applications.
Potential applicants in the Expression of Interest system pool who may qualify for the Master’s Graduate stream were extended invitations to apply on January 25, 2023. Candidates who scored 44 or higher were extended an invitation.
If you were invited to apply for this stream on January 25, 2023, you can submit your application now. You don’t need to contact the program if you already have an invitation to apply.
The Ontario has posted their latest update for Invitations to apply issued for the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream. Invitations to apply issued for the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream in a targeted draw for candidates of the Economic Mobility Pathways Project (EMPP), Notifications of interest issued for Ontario’s Express Entry Skilled Trades stream and Invitations to apply issued for the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream for the whole January. Applying for permanent residency in Ontario via the Masters Graduate stream is an option for international graduates who have earned a master’s degree from an Ontario institution.
To submit an online application to be nominated by the Ontario government for permanent residency, you must first register in the OINP’s Expression of Interest System and receive an invitation to apply.
The next stage, after being nominated, is to submit an application to the Canadian government through Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). They have the last decision on who is allowed to stay in the country permanently.
