LMIA Online Portal is a tool for Canadian employers and third-party representatives that allows users to submit an LMIA application to Service Canada for the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.

Note that to submit your LMIA application online via the LMIA Online Portal you have to create your Job Bank account for employers first. With this service, you can submit an LMIA application at any time and from anywhere as well as submit payments and track the status of your application. Online applications are processed 10 days faster than paper ones.

Be careful and accurate while Applying for an LMIA application, with any type of error, the application can be refused. Moreover, it is possible to lose up to $1,000 in government fees, in addition to 2-3 months on the LMIA application.
