January 12, 2022 – Ontario province held its second draw and invited a total of 501 Express Entry candidates to apply for provincial nomination. These invited candidates all had profiles in the province’s Express Entry system and have a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of between 464 and 467 points. For this draw, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) invited all the candidates who may qualify to enter the Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream (HCP). Through this PNP, foreign workers are given the opportunity to launch their respective careers in Ontario province.

Candidates received an invite from the OINP if they had work experience in either one of the following occupations listed below along with its National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes:

  • NOC 2161 – Mathematicians, statisticians, and actuaries
  • NOC 3012 – Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
  • NOC 3211 – Medical laboratory technologists
  • NOC 3231 – Opticians
  • NOC 3233 – Licensed practical nurses
  • NOC 0114 – Other administrative services managers
  • NOC 0122 – Banking, credit, and other investment managers
  • NOC 0124 – Advertising, marketing, and public relations managers

  • NOC 0311 – Managers in health care
  • NOC 0601 – Corporate sales managers
  • NOC 0631 – Restaurant and food service managers
