PEI Holds Its Last Scheduled PNP Draw For 2021

December 16, 2021 – Prince Edward Island announced the result of their last scheduled Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw. Through the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP), the province invited a total number of 124 immigration candidates to apply for provincial nomination. Most of the invitations were given to the Express Entry and Labour Impact candidates, a total of 114 combined invitations were sent out while the remaining 11 invitations went to the Business Impact candidates who had a provincial score of at least 67 points.

 

This latest draw is also the final scheduled draw of Prince Edward Island for the year 2021. To summarize, the Maritime Province invited a total of 1,804 candidates this year, 1,679 invitations were from the Express Entry and Labour Impact stream and the remaining 157 invitations were from the Business Impact stream. Schedules for the PEI PNP draws were provided in advance, however, the draw schedule for 2022 is yet to be released.
