British Columbia Issues Almost 12000 Invitations to Apply for PR in 2021

December 14, 2021 – British Columbia held its latest BC PNP Tech draw which is a stream under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) and invited a total number of 71 tech workers to apply for provincial nomination. Candidates who received an invite in this recent draw were from the International Graduate and Skilled Worker subcategories and are required to have a minimum provincial score of 80 points and were given 30 days to apply for the nomination.

Immigration candidates who received an invite through the B.C, Tech draw must meet the requirements of either one of B.C’s Skills Immigration and Express Entry BC categories that are being managed through the Skills and Immigration Registration System (SIRS)This specific pathway is an economic immigration pathway that is used by British Columbia to captivate high-demand and experienced foreign workers. The BC PNP provides pathways to individuals who choose to live and work in British Columbia.

To date, British Columbia has already issued almost 12,000 invitations to apply for provincial nomination.
