There are many different pathways to become a permanent resident in Canada especially if an applicant has work experience in any in-demand jobs in a particular province. An applicant may use their skilled work experience as part of their application for permanent residence through economic class immigration program. In connection to this, Manitoba has their own Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) and there is a pathway called Manitoba Work Experience Pathway for applicants who are currently working in the province such as international students and temporary workers under the province’s Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream.
