New Saskatchewan Draw Invites 496 Immigration Candidates For PNP

August 19, 2021 – Saskatchewan held their new Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw under the sub-categories of Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand. A total number of 496 immigration candidates were invited to apply for provincial nomination.

Through the two immigration programs, the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) invited a total number of 496 immigration candidates; wherein 161 candidates may possibly be eligible for SINP’s Express Entry sub-category while the remaining 335 immigration candidates may qualify for the Occupations In-Demand sub-category.

For the province’s recent PNP draw, the Expression of Interest (EOI) score has a slight difference in each sub-category. Candidates who were invited to apply for the Occupations In-Demand sub-category require a minimum score of 70 points while for the Express Entry sub-category, candidates were required to have a score of at least 71 points.

Also, there were many other occupations that are eligible for this category. For Express Entry, there were a total of 43 qualified occupations and 61 occupations for Occupations In-Demand. For the candidates to show that their foreign education was similar to Canadian standard, they need to have an Educational Credential Assessments.
