Various Canadian Provinces Hold Draws for PR Nomination
In the previous week, different draws were held in various Canadian provinces giving opportunities to all qualified candidates to finally apply for their nominations. Here’s a brief detailed summary of the said held draws.
August 4, 2021 – Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited a number of 512 qualified immigration candidates having a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of at least 760 points. This newest Express Entry draw of Canada immigration aims to target candidates who previously received their provincial nominations. The said candidates who got invited required a relatively high score since they automatically received 600 points due to their provincial nomination.
The following day, August 5, 2021, the province of Saskatchewan held its provincial nomination that resulted in 452 invited immigration candidates. The said invites were sent to candidates that are possible to qualify for a nomination from the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) under the category of International Skilled Worker. To give a more specific detail, 171 immigration candidates may qualify for Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program (SINP) Express Entry Sub-category; while 281 candidates may be eligible under the sub-category of Occupations In-Demand.
Meanwhile, Manitoba released the details of their largest draw that was held last July 29, 2021. Based on the released details, the province has invited a total number of 375 immigration candidates to apply and take a step forward towards becoming permanent residents in Manitoba. Here’s a more specific breakdown of the said recent draw; having a minimum EOI score of 400 points, 285 invitations sent out to candidates who may be eligible for Skilled Workers In Manitoba, While 47 invites having a minimum EOI score of 708 points were sent out to possible Skilled Workers Overseas candidates and the remaining 43 candidates having no EOI requirements was invited under International Education Stream.
