1,140 Candidates Receive Invites from Manitoba PNP Draw
July 27, 2021 – A total number of 1,140 Express Entry candidates were invited by the immigration of Manitoba to apply for provincial nomination. Candidates for this recent draw are eligible for the Skilled Worker Overseas stream.
The previous draw of Manitoba held last June 28, 2021, recorded only a total of 1,017 Express Entry candidates for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. The recent draw has 1,140 invited candidates in total.
For a candidate to qualify and to receive a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA), one must have an active Express Entry profile submitted via Manitoba’s Expression of Interest system and must obtain a score of at least 557. For this draw, a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score is not required as the score is based on Manitoba’s Expression of Interest (EOI) scoring matrix.
Additional 600 points will be automatically added to all invited candidates who received a provincial nomination from Manitoba. This type of reward is not distinctive as any Express Entry PNP is the same in putting provincial nominees at the top of the line for these candidates to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency.
