Candidates from BC PNP Receive Invites for Tech Draw

July 13, 2021 – The province of British Columbia sent out invites to 56 candidates who are working in occupations related to key technology to apply for provincial nomination. The said invites were issued through BC Provincial Nomination Program Tech. Since the start of 2021, British Columbia had already issued a total number of 6,225 invitations to apply for provincial nominations.

Just like any other draws, requirements must be met by the candidates that were invited through British Columbia’s Tech draw. Those who received an invitation must meet one of the requirements of British Columbia’s Express Entry and Skills Immigration categories which are both managed by the Skills and Immigration Registration System (SIRS).

Candidates from the subcategories of Skilled Worker and International Graduate received the invitations and must have a minimum provincial score of 80 points. The said invited candidates have 30 calendar days to apply for the nomination.
